I am thrilled to welcome Katie, a fellow yoga teacher and mum, to my blog today! Today, Katie shares her insights on ‘Activating Energy: Harnessing Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation for Vitality’. Because as mums we can never have too much energy, can we?

The challenges following the birth of Katie’s twin boys, testing her physical and mental strength, including a C-Section and two additional abdominal surgeries, led her to become a Specialist Women’s Yoga Teacher. Since 2022, she has dedicated her practice to supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal stages, motherhood, fertility, and menopause. Stress reduction, energising, and uplifting form the consistent threads intricately woven into all her transformative offerings.
