Join Yogamelia for a nourishing afternoon of movement, connection and relaxation.
During this three-hour retreat we will move through an uplifting vinyasa flow, a restorative yin practice and centering meditation, all fuelled with healthy treats. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed, ready to re-enter your busy life with a calm and positive mindset.

With twice daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, delicious food and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, this is a wonderful opportunity to take time to reconnect to yourself and leave feeling rested & recharged.
