Verena

Verena began her yoga teacher journey with the Africa Yoga Project in Nairobi, Kenya, adding pre- and postnatal training with Bliss Baby Yoga in 2019 during her pregnancy with daughter Amelia. In 2022, she completed her 500-hour advanced teacher training with Brett Larkin. Passionate about supporting mothers in all phases of their lives, Verena became certified as a Mental Health First Aider and a Parental Burnout Expert in 2023. Initially drawn to the powerful, meditative nature of the Ashtanga practice, she now specializes in teaching vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, pregnancy, and postnatal yoga, alongside meditation and mindfulness. She also offers Parental Burnout coaching.
