Hi, I’m Verena

As a mum of an energetic daughter with many professional and personal passions, I understand how overwhelming daily life can be. I’ve been there myself, feeling the weight of endless responsibilities while trying to maintain a sense of calm and joy.

In 2020, despite having a solid toolkit as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, I experienced burnout. This challenging time led me to explore practical, sustainable tools and techniques to bring more calm, confidence, and ease to the busy lives of mums.

This personal journey inspired me to also become a Parental Burnout Coach and a mindfulness teacher specifically for parents.

My approach is holistic and pragmatic, drawing from my experiences as a mum and my extensive training. I am deeply passionate about helping mothers find calm, confidence, and ease in both motherhood and life—not just for their well-being, but for the benefit of the entire family.

If you can’t make it live, no worries – I’ll send out the recording afterward. Just make sure to sign up to receive it. That said, the real magic, especially in hands-on workshops, happens when you join live and participate in the exercises together.

Yes, the workshop is completely free. I know how overwhelming life can feel with endless to-do lists, so I want to offer practical tools and techniques to help mums enjoy motherhood and life more. For those who want to dive deeper afterward, there will be options to work with me further. My goal is to provide as much value as possible to as many busy mums as I can.
