This is what you'll get:

I know how busy your days are, and the last thing you need is another item on your to-do list. That’s why the weekly sessions are thoughtfully designed to feel like a calming and nourishing retreat – a chance to pause, reflect, and breathe amidst the busyness of life.

Format: Online Sessions (Zoom)

  1. A personal preliminary discussion with me
  2. Seven weekly group sessions – online, on Zoom – lasting 75 minutes. Practice meditation and mindfulness in real-time, supplemented by theory and group discussions, providing you with the practical experience to find more presence in your daily life.
  3. Daily practice: practical exercises that are easily integrated into everyday life enabling you to build a sustainable, daily mindfulness practice.
  4. Course materials: reflection exercises and instructions for meditations

Bonus

  • One online retreat: three hours to deepen your mindfulness practice.
  • One follow-up group session: taking place three to four weeks after the end of the course, to reconnect and share insights.

Mindful Mama - Based on Proven Practices

This 8-week experience, inspired by the Mindful Parenting course developed by Prof. Susan Bögels at the University of Amsterdam, is designed to help mothers cultivate mindfulness.

Rooted in the evidence-based methods of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), the Mindful Mama Experience focuses on developing mindfulness as a practice.

Mindfulness is the ability to bring clear, non-judgmental awareness to the present moment, allowing us to embrace all experiences – pleasant or unpleasant – with curiosity and kindness.

Mindful Parenting applies this awareness to everyday life as parents, fostering deeper connection and greater joy.

Mindful parenting is not a fixed destination; it’s an ongoing, creative journey. It invites us to intentionally cultivate non-judgmental awareness in every moment. This awareness extends to both our inner world—our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations—and the outer world of our children, family, home, and broader cultural context.

How Can I Guide You?

As a mum who has overcome burnout, I made it my mission to help others going through similar challenges. I have trained as Mindful Parenting Teacher with Susan Bögels, professor in Family Mental Health at the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands) and leading researcher on mindfulness for children and parents.

I will help you experience mindfulness, rather than just intellectually understand it as a concept. Drawing on my own yoga and mindfulness practice, and experience as a mother, I will guide you towards a lasting positive transformation.

The Mindful Mama is an 8-week live experience designed to help you truly embody mindfulness, not just understand it as a concept. Each session offers a calming and nourishing space where you can pause, reflect, and breathe – a welcome retreat from the busyness of life, rather than just another item on your to-do list.

Through a blend of guided mindfulness practices, meditations, and self-reflection exercises, you’ll gently cultivate habits that bring more ease and presence into your daily life. Alongside live sessions, you’ll have access to at-home practices and supportive materials to deepen your journey.

By the end of the course, you’ll have established a regular meditation practice – a foundation for lasting calm and a positive ripple effect across every part of your life.

Mothers of children of all ages, from babies to adults.

The course involves 7 group sessions of 75 minutes, every week, and a follow-up 3 to 4 weeks after completion, with additional resources provided for your use. The commitment extends beyond the sessions, encouraging the integration of strategies into your daily life.

Typically, you would want to allocate an additional 30 to 40minutes of practice a day.

The investment for the entire Mindful Mama Experience is CHF 647, which can be paid in 3 instalments of CHF 219 over the duration of the programme.

The Mindful Mama Experience builds key mindfulness skills through practical experience, to help mothers cope better with stress, anxiety, and everyday demands, recognising that the one variable parents can influence the most is themselves.

In the context of Parental Burnout, Mindfulness is one of the available stress management tools, while the Back into Balance coaching programme is a more comprehensive programme addressing the multiple challenges faced by mothers experiencing burnout.

The Mindful Mama is an 8-week live experience designed to help you embody mindfulness, to cope better with stress, anxiety, and everyday demands. Each session offers a calming and nourishing space where you can pause, reflect, and breathe – rather than being just another item on your to-do list.

Other parenting courses may focus on external strategies or behavioral techniques directed towards the children without delving into inner self-awareness.
